If you love smoked wings but crave that perfect crispy crunch, follow these steps for the ultimate wing experience.
Ingredients:
3 pounds of wings (depends on how many you're cooking for)
your favorite wing seasoning
Recipe:
Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees.
Generously season your wings.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the smoker and let them cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees, which usually takes about 30-45 minutes.
Once the wings hit 165 degrees, let them rest and cool for 10-15 minutes while you heat up your fryer to 350 degrees.
When your fryer is ready, fry the wings in small batches for 3-5 minutes to achieve that perfect crispy finish.
