I’m not a fan of bologna, but throw it on the smoker, and it’s a total game-changer! You won’t believe how good it gets—watch out!!
Ingredients:
1 - 5 pound bologna
Mustard
Recipe:
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees.
Unwrap the bologna and score it with 1-inch-deep vertical and horizontal slits.
Coat the bologna with mustard to act as a binder, then generously apply your favorite Dan-O's Seasoning.
Place the bologna in the smoker and cook until it reaches your preferred level of doneness. Since bologna is precooked, you can smoke it as long as you like. I smoked mine for around 3 hours for maximum flavor.
